Takanawa's CEO, Bolli Thoroddsen, was interviewed in Nikkei newspaper about doing business in Japan as a foreigner.

In the interview Bolli emphasized the importance of understanding the Japanese business culture and that one of the key to a successful business between Japan and the world is to have a team of a foreigner that understands the culture of Japan and a Japanese person that understands foreign business culture.
